Peppercorns where once termed as BLACK GOLD and served as a form of currency for centuries. Being a common ingredient in Indian cuisines, we have a great love towards it's aroma and flavor. We at Wayanad Spice Valley hand pick drupes from our organic farmlands at Wayanad, where pepper cultivation has been going on for decades. Unripe pepper is dried in sunlight for a week, washed in fresh water to remove dirt and then again dried. The processed Malabar pepper is stored in airtight bags at our warehouse.
